Xiyuan Hotel

Very good breakfast with both Chinese and Western-style food, with nice city view since the buffet restaurant is on top of the building; there's chefs making noodle and Wonton soup at the breakfast Buffet. The location is very child-friendly – next to Beijing Zoo (walking distance), Paleozoological Museum of China (just walk cross the street), Beijing Planetarium (walking distance), and close to Beijing Acquarium. The metro subway station is also a couple of minutes walk. I've been returning to this hotel with my kid every time we go to Beijing.

The hotel was clean and leisurely, the staff were beautiful and pleasant.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal - located on the 25 th store and with a great view over the city.
